All I can say is comfy! I havebeen sleeping g so much better since using this mattress. I don't wake up every time I go to roll over. I have a somewhat bad back from having children and have lower back pain and can't lay flat on my back to sleep usually but I can on this one and it's been amazing . Definitely recommend.

I have been sleeping on my old pillow top mattress for over 10 years and it was wore out, no longer providing good support. After receiving this new Medina II pillow top mattress and using it nightly for the last month, I can confidently say that my back pain is gone! My sleep quality has improved as well!

This is a great medium mattress. The entire experience was amazing, including the delivery and set up. The mattress was definitely on the firmer side at first, but a few weeks in I feel like it has settled and broken in nicely. My husband and I have had excellent sleep for the last few weeks. If you prefer a mattress that's not too firm and not too soft, this is a great choice.

I was very fortunate to have the opportunity from BuzzAgent to review a free product. I received this Posturepedic Spring Medium, Queen - Medina II mattress for free, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is. I got the Sealy Posturepedic Medina II mattress for my home. I have a platform bed frame that doesn't require a box spring. The mattress is soft, as I like, right off the bat. No breaking in required. I got the Queen size. My husband and I both really like it and we're getting a great nights sleep. The springs in the mattress are good and should last a long time. I am very happy with the mattress. I would recommend it to folks who like soft mattresses.

Super comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. It's just right! First night I slept through the whole night, which for me is a huge deal as I have horrible back pain from scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. I felt so much better after sleeping on this mattress!

From the moment I first lay down, I could feel that this mattress was supportive. As for someone who often sleeps on my side. After laying on this mattress I am now a stomach and back sleeper. I feel like my back is supported and there is no sinking in the mattress. I feel like it has the right amount of support for my size. I was surprise that this mattress was as comfortable and I didn't feel hot like my last mattress. Seemed to regulate my temperature better. It seem to be well build and seem to hold up on a heavier person. I also did not toss and turn as I did on my old mattress. I fell well rested after my first week with this mattress. Now I know why I slept on my side, I didn't have the support that was needed with my old mattress.
Here are my pros and cons for this mattress.
Pros:
- Good Support for sleeping on my back and stomach. (I am now sleeping on my back and stomach more)
- I think the materials help regulate my temperature better.
- The mattress is comfortable and I'm not tossing and turning to get comfortable.
- I felt well rested after my first week with this mattress
Con's:
I don't have to much to say about this mattress as a con. It may take some getting use to sleeping on your side with this mattress because it is firm.
Overall I like this mattress and it feels good to now be able to sleep on my back or stomach and get a restful night of sleep.

This mattress arrived nicely bagged. We chose the firm queen. In the beginning, it was pretty firm. But after awhile, it's slowly getting broken into and now it feels really nice. Overall, It's really good quality.

I wasn't sure how I would like this mattress but I figured I would give it a try, I love the look of it and it's not so high and not so low when placed on my bed frame. The design of the mattress and layout is wonderful, my wife suffers from a lot of hip pain especially when sleeping and I have back pain a lot if I'm not in a certain position, this mattress is really soft and so far feels good to us easing those night time issues. I'm glad we got this mattress as it definitely helps with a good night sleep.

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I have always liked Sealy brand products and this bed is no exception. I have been sleeping on this mattress for two weeks and it feels like a cloud. I'm able to sleep on my side without any pressure on my hips, fall asleep faster and wake up feeling well rested.
The materials and construction all seem top notch - nothing overly noteworthy, regular mattress type stuff.
Make sure you know what type of mattress is best for you - I would be miserable with a firm mattress, as an example, but not everyone wants a soft pillow top. Definitely take the trip to the mattress store and lay on all the beds - it's a much better way to spend your time than going through the hassle of returning a mattress or losing sleep!

Thanks to BzzAgent, I had the opportunity to try the Posturepedic Spring Firm, Queen - Medina II. I've been struggling with back pain for a while now. After switching to this one, I felt a huge improvement right away. The firm support really helps keep my spine aligned, and I wake up with far less stiffness and discomfort.

Prior to this mattress, I had a tempurpedic. Was convinced that springs were a thing of the past. But this mattress by Serta delivered!
Being overweight, there's a lot of pressure on my hips and back, these coils significantly helped with pressure points!
It's labeled as medium. Very true to that as it's not hard, nor soft. Staying asleep is easier. The air flow is so much better.
If I was to buy mattresses for the rest of my family, Serta Medina would be amongst the options.
My mom is already contemplating buying a mattress like mine! Recommend.
What do you have to lose? The pain? Restlessness? Turning like a rotisserie chicken?

I just love my new Postirepedic Matress!! As soon as I sat on it, I knew it was gonna be a great night sleep! It was higher than my last mattress and definitely more firmer! I noticed my lower back was not hurting as much anymore … it has helped me get a better sleep and definitely reduce my lower back pain! So my husband and I thankfully like to sleep on firm mattresses. So it's typically easy to agree on something when it comes to sofas and mattresses when I was presented with the opportunity to receive this product for free. I wasn't expecting much but figured it was going to be a typical firm mattress as we've had our fair share of mattresses up from either traveling or moving around a lot. We've also had mattresses ranging from different prices ranges. Well this mattress is FIRM but it has the slightest bit of softness. I'm not even sure how to describe it. The second I went to lie down on the bed, my body RELAXED. Like relaxed, relaxed. It was like my muscles just let out all the tension they've had. I felt like I could fall asleep within a few minutes. Even asked my husband to try it out and he was also impressed. I have to admit, I kept going to the bed througout the day just to get the relaxing experience. We've had this mattress for a while now, and right now it's #1 on our list. Weight wise, it's not super light but not heavy either. I can move it around myself when needed. And yes, I would buy this product. Already considering getting one for a future reno product we're doing for my parent's home. Definitely recommend giving this mattress a chance.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 weeks now and I am happy to say that it is comfortable. I suffer from chronic back pain due to a T7 fracture and it seems to have helped my back pain. I like the pillow top on the mattress it gives it a little more cushion. This mattress is a medium but feels a little more firm maybe because it's still new and needs some time to break in. But I can tell this mattress is durable and will last a long time. There is a little bounce to the mattress but I don't mind it. This mattress has helped me sleep throughout the night. I would purchase this mattress and would recommend this to my friends and family.

Sealy kindly gave me the Posturepedic Spring EPT Medium, Queen - Medina II for free so that I could review it.
We have been needing a mattress and in the past have preferred one that is not too soft but also not too firm-you know just right. And the Medina mattress has been that.
It's tall, comfy, quiet, soft, and enough firmness for a good night's sleep. I like the height of this mattress which really makes for comfort but also the bed fills our room nicely.
We recommend this product because of the comfort, quality and price!

My significant other is a T6 complete paraplegic. So I was super excited to try this mattress. He needs firm, supportive edges, something he can easily propel his weight to move his body on. And this one definitely ticks all those boxes. The only issue is… it just might be a little too firm. (I legit never thought I'd say those words. We have bought so many mattresses over the last year trying to find one that checks all the boxes, baffling that this was it, but it's "too" firm). It does feel supportive, however, I feel like the head end of the mattress drops a little lower than the rest of the mattress. So I constantly have to adjust the bed (we have ours on an adjustable bed frame, I did have to call the company to confirm that it could be used on one, could not find anything approving or denying that ability. Fun fact I learned, all sealy mattresses can be used with an adjustable bed frame).
Ultimately. This mattress is exactly what they claimed it to be. Unfortunately for me, it needs a "little" cushion. If I could add like a 2 inch gel topper or so to this. I would be in heaven. But my hubby tends to get sore shoulders lying on it. And his arms are so incredibly important for daily life, we just can't risk more complications. Which leads me to think that this mattress is not great for pressure sores/wouldn't recommend to a paraplegic for that fact.

I previously had a queen size mattress and yet this one feels a little roomier. It has a soft top but it's firm enough to where it doesn't feel like you're sinking in and feels like your back is being supported. It feels taller than my previous mattress but I haven't had any issues with my standard bed sheets fitting. I highly recommend this if you need a supportive yet soft mattress.

It does have a pillow top which I thought would be a bit softer. It is a surprisingly thick mattress. I do wake up with a bit of a backache but I know it does take a while for your body to adjust to a new mattress, but that being said this bed is very comfortable to sleep in. I am a hot, side sleeper. The bed stays cool and keeps me from night sweats. I would definitely get this mattress again but I would go for a little softer than medium.

Wow, what a difference the Sealy Medina II has made in our lives. Our precious mattress was a foam mattress and we found it very difficult to change positions in, which is not the case with the Sealy Medina. First off, I really like that the mattress is blue and not white, despite putting a mattress cover on it. Upon taking a nap on the mattress the first day, I really like the hybrid feel of the foam and spring combination. It's soft in the right areas and firm where I we need it. This mattress is a queen size, which is just right for my husband and I. We have found this mattress after sleeping on it for a week to be comfy, not too warm (where you're having night sweats), easy to get in and out of, and soft/firm in the right spots. Overall our backs and hips feel better and we aren't taking Advil before going to bed or bringing the heating pad to bed anymore because of stiff joints. It's amazing the difference a mattress can make and this one we would highly recommend!

The quality is definitely true to sealy with its tough well stitched fabric and firm but cozy top. The bed hugs your body with great support with out sinking into the mattress so it feels like it hugs your body in just the right spots. It is a very deep mattress and looks amazing. I previously had a queen size mattress and yet this one feels a little roomier. It has a soft top but it's firm enough to where it doesn't feel like you're sinking in and feels like your back is being supported. It feels taller than my previous mattress but I haven't had any issues with my standard bed sheets fitting. I highly recommend this if you need a supportive yet soft mattress.

I was chosen to try this Sealy Posturepedic Spring EPT Medium, Queen - Medina II mattress for my honest review. I chose the medium… It is a little more firmer than I expected. It does have a pillow top which I thought would be a bit softer. It is a surprisingly thick mattress. I do wake up with a bit of a backache but I know it does take a while for your body to adjust to a new mattress, but that being said this bed is very comfortable to sleep in. I am a hot, side sleeper. The bed stays cool and keeps me from night sweats. I would definitely get this mattress again but I would go for a little softer than medium.

This mattress is so soft and so comfortable you lay down and it just absorbs you and leave you feeling very comfortable. You wake up with no aches and pains in your body I would recommend buying this mattress. It's the best mattress I've ever had.its like laying on feathers.

Wow, what a difference the Sealy Medina II has made in our lives. Our precious mattress was a foam mattress and we found it very difficult to change positions in, which is not the case with the Sealy Medina. First off, I really like that the mattress is blue and not white, despite putting a mattress cover on it. Upon taking a nap on the mattress the first day, I really like the hybrid feel of the foam and spring combination. It's soft in the right areas and firm where I we need it. This mattress is a queen size, which is just right for my husband and I. We have found this mattress after sleeping on it for a week to be comfy, not too warm (where you're having night sweats), easy to get in and out of, and soft/firm in the right spots. Overall our backs and hips feel better and we aren't taking Advil before going to bed or bringing the heating pad to bed anymore because of stiff joints. It's amazing the difference a mattress can make and this one we would highly recommend!

The quality is definitely true to sealy with its tough well stitched fabric and firm but cozy top. The bed hugs your body with great support with out sinking into the mattress so it feels like it hugs your body in just the right spots. It is a very deep mattress and looks amazing. The mattress is definitely looks inviting. I feel it will stand the test of time.
